Post-Doctoral Fellow in Nutrition/Public Health

Within the Department of Precision Health, Dr. Torsten Bohn, Head of the Nutrition & Health Research Group (NUTRIHEALTH), aims, in collaboration with his team, to explore dietary patterns, their (non)nutrient composition and their association to chronic conditions, e.g. metabolic syndrome and related aspects. An important focus is the relation of diet to public health and associated innovative biomarkers of dietary intervention, such as oxidative stress, body composition, micronutrients, and phytochemicals.
