03 October 2022 1minute

Brain tumours can happen at any age and there are many types. Glioblastoma the most aggressive: Only about 3 in 100 patients survive more than 5 years – more research is essential to ensure more patients survive.

The project DIOMEDES aims to develop personalised therapies that will reduce the high mortality rate of this disease. See/hear project leaders Anna Golebiewska and Petr Nazarov introduce the research project DIOMEDES, co-funded with €510,000 from Fondation Cancer Luxembourg and the FNR, in the framework of the FNR’s CORE programme, which supports research projects in priority areas for Luxembourg.
