The Programme Dementia Prevention (pdp) aims to reduce the risk of dementia through the identification of modifiable risk factors and incentivisation of targeted interventions, including lifestyle changes.
The pdp invites individuals with cognitive complaints who are motivated to improve their brain health and referred by their treating physician. It is funded by the Ministry of Health and Social Security and is coordinated by the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) in collaboration with the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH).
