Participate in the management of the presence / absence planning of receptionists.
Take care of the mail recording, the mail distribution and the correspondence in general.
Welcome in a polite and courteous manner any person (visitors and collaborators) who comes at the reception of LIH and take care of their request.
Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous way, transfer them to the relevant person or transfer messages by email in case of absence.
Organize the booking and the set-up of meeting rooms, beverages management, etc. with the secretariat of the general direction.
Follow up and manage the stock of office automation material according to the needs.
Take care of the reception desk and keep it clean and organized.
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent relational skills, helpfulness, good listening skills, discretion.
Good concentration ability, precision, good organizational skills, meeting of deadlines, punctuality.
IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IE.
Languages skills: French, English (good oral and written command), Luxembourgish (is an asset).
