    As a Postdoc in Data scientice and Web Development, you will be:
    •    Contributing to the improvement and maintenance of the CoLive mobile app and its associated ecosystem (e.g. hosting within the Azure cloud). CoLive app is a research oriented digital solution to collect real-world data for cohorts and clinical studies.
    •    Setting up a worldwide health observatory (collection, processing and reporting) based on the data collection of multiple online sources, in close collaboration with the Deep Digital Phenotyping Research Unit, and publishing the results.

    Key Accountabilities
    • Develop and test the IT solutions in accordance to the business needs, document the source code.
    • Manage the databases according to the security rules.
    • Respect the development and architectural standards in place in the team.
    • Work in close collaboration with IT-X-HD team and the different support and platform teams when needed.
    • Review and improve existing data collection and processing pipelines.
    • Set up a reporting and dashboard solution for the collected data.

    • PhD in Computer Science.
    • Solution-oriented and pragmatic.
    • Good organizational and relational skills, precision, ability to manage an important workload and respect deadlines.
      Mandatory skills:
    • Web technologies and database modelling with a proven ability to adapt and learn new languages.
    • HTML, Javascript, Typescript, Angular 2+.
    • RESTful API, .NET core, ASP.NET, MVC / MVVM model, C#.
    • Database modelling – Star / Snow-flake schemas.
    • Proficient in data extraction, manipulation and report formatting (ETL).
    • Microsoft database and tools: SQL Server.
    • Reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
    • Language skills: fluent in English (written and oral).

      considered as an asset:
    • Previous professional experience of 1-3 years in a similar position.
    • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop.
    • Excellent SQL and database skills -  Python / R are a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Cloud development in Azure and Data Lake concepts.
    • Mobile development frameworks, native or cross-platform such as Ionic.
    • Environmental tools such as Git, Gitlab, Jira.
    • Machine learning and natural language processing.
